2. All fees are to be paid with 14 days of the bill being issued. Failure to pay the bill in a timely manner may result in your child being refused entry to Pre-School or limited to their free entitlement hours until the outstanding account is settled. An administration fee for late payment may apply.

3. Fees must be paid even if your child is unable to attend due to sickness or holidays.

4. Pre-School recommends that your child attends' "taster" sessions before commencing. These sessions are free of charge and are used as familiarisation for you, your child and the staff.

5. If your child is suffering from sickness and/or diarrhoea, they must not attend Pre-School for 48 hours after the last bout of illness. Certain other illnesses i.e. Chicken Pox are highly contagious and for that reason your child must not attend Pre-School until the infectious period is over. Advice is sought from the relevant authorities if in doubt.

6. The hours of Pre-School are:
Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday - 9.00am - 12.00pm and 12.00pm - 2.00pm
Wednesday - 9.00am - 12.00pm

All children must be collected promptly at the end of their session. Failure to collect your child on time may result in an additional charge of £10.00 per half hour or part thereof.

7. The Pre-School term dates will be issued separately.

8. If someone other than your child's parents or regular carer is going to collect your child, Pre-School must be informed at the start of the session.

9. Children are required to be suitably clothed, preferably with layers and they should always have suitable outdoor clothing and hats. During the summer, please ensure that sun cream is applied to your child prior to Pre-School attendance.
10. Please ensure that all contact details are current at all times. In the event of an emergency or an unscheduled closure of Pre-School during a session, please provide another persons contact details should we be unable to contact you, your partner or your child's carer.

11. In the event of closure

In the event of the Primary School closing, the Pre-School will be closed.

If we make an independent decision to close the Pre-School, for whatever reason we will:-

• For all children receiving statutory funding - offer an alternative session at Pre-School for each session we are closed, as soon as we can on re-opening and spaces allow.

• For children who pay directly for the service - offer an alternative session at Pre-School for each session we are closed, as soon as we can on re-opening and spaces allow. Or a session reduction for each session we are closed from the next terms invoice.

12. Pre-School reserve the right to suspend the arrangements in an individual case where disruptive or unacceptable behaviour is likely to cause offence and/or suffering to other children or members of staff.

13. We endeavour to operate a partnership of care which is sensitive to home / Pre-School conditions. Please share any information or changes in circumstances, which may be relevant to your child's well being in Pre-School.

14. Please ensure that you make yourself familiar with the Pre-School policies and procedures (a copy of which is available on the premises). If you require any further information at any time, please contact your child's Key Worker or any member of staff or Committee member.
